MOSCOW, Dec 29 (PRIME) – Crowding at ports forced Russian Railways to restrict oil product loading at some port terminals, the company said on its Telegram channel on Wednesday.
"In spite of improvement of the overall situation with oil cargo in the ports, some urgent problems persist,” the company said.
“Oil and oil product loading has exceeded last year's amount already. Russian Railways is ready to take more, but due to the port restrictions is forced to introduce limits on loading."
According to Russian Railways, the weather is unfavorable in the Northwest, South and Far East.
